Licence key, sites and renewal

One activation key per order. It switches on Pro, brings new versions into Joomla and opens support for a year.

Where to find your key

  1. Sign in and open My account › Orders.
  2. Open the order. The Activation key box shows your key with a Copy button.
  3. Paste it in the extension’s admin: JS Jobs Update or the JS Support Ticket Pro Installer.

The key is in your order email too. Can’t find either? Open a ticket from the account you bought with.

How many sites a key covers

Your plan covers 1, 5 or 25 sites. Each domain the extension runs on counts as a site. Test installs on localhost don’t count.

Need more sites than your plan has? Ask us in a ticket and we’ll sort it out.

Moving to a new domain

Open a ticket from your account with the old and the new domain. We move the key to the new site.

Renewal

  • Your plan renews once a year. Each year brings new versions and help from the developers.
  • See or renew your plan in My account › Subscriptions. You can renew early from there.
  • Stop renewing any time from the same page. Nothing is removed from your site.
  • When a plan ends, the extension keeps working. Only new versions and support stop until you renew.
